Counter Boring
Counter boring tools come into operation, when an existing bore is to be enlarged in the diameter and/or for reducing the mismatch of axes. Generally there are two process variants available: "push" counter boring and "pull" counter boring. These tools are available with a fix adjusted diameter (for easier handling) and an adjustable diameter as well.

"pull" counter boring

- Counter boring tool, equipped with one insert and fix adjusted diameter. Boring range: Ø 44,00 mm - Ø 499,99 mm
- Type 1105
- Counter boring tool, equipped with one insert and adjustable boring range. Boring diameter range: Ø 150,00 mm - Ø 401,99 mm.
"pull" counter boring:
- Type 1108
- counter boring tool with one insert and fix adjusted diameter. Boring range: Ø 44,00 mm - Ø 185,99 mm.
- Type 1109
- counter boring tool with one insert and fix adjusted diameter. This tool has a stretched guide component for ...?. Boring range: Ø 44,00 mm - Ø 185,99 mm.
- Type 1114
- counter boring tool with multiple inserts and a hydraulically operated roller guide. The diameter is fixed. Boring range: Ø 40,00 mm - Ø 200,00 mm.
