Your role with us:

Tools for deep drilling are developed and manufactured in our company. As an innovative full-service provider, we supply our customers worldwide. You will carry out your work as a CNC specialist at our location in Achim (near Bremen).

Your tasks and responsibilities:

• Setting up and operating CNC lathes for the production of individual pieces or small or medium series
• Creating, changing and running in CNC programs (workshop programming)
• Checking the workpieces and making corrections according to technical drawings and quality assurance plans
• Setting up and measuring tools
• Care and maintenance work on machine tools
• Monitoring and optimization of the manufacturing process

Your profile:

• Completed training as a cutting mechanic (m/f/d)
• Independence, reliability, resilience and of course quality awareness
• Sense of responsibility
• Flexibility and willingness to operate multiple machines is a prerequisite
• Practical experience in independent programming, setting up and operating machining centers
• Knowledge of the Heidenhain control would be an advantage
